Great location. Very comfortable and spacious unit. Easy walk to the beach and the marina. Dining area could use another couple chairs. Kitchen has everything u need. Great deck overlooking the sound. Minor issue with the sink was handled by Beach Properties the same day! Great service. Very friendly. Our family will definitely return.

Best location, beach, shopping, restaurants, pools. You never have to step foot in the car the entire trip. With a family of six, teens and little kids- this condo accommodates our family perfectly. Enough room for everyone, large bathrooms, perfect kitchen size to serve breakfast and lunch.

Great location and great home for the week. The beach path access was accessible and convenient. The beach was the perfect balance of people to space. Coligny Beach Plaza was just a short bike trip or quick ride in the car. The pool and spa were a great way to relax during high tide or when the family wanted a low-key day. Having a second fridge in the garage was great for pool and beach days. We also were able to keep ice bags in the freezer section of the garage.

Wow! What a view and fantastic experience for our first time visiting Hilton Head! 472 had everything we needed. We made breakfast, lunch, and dinner here.

For bringing pets, this property was excellent. So thankful the owners allowed us to bring our dogs!

We had a great time even though the weather was less than desirable for part of the time. It was nice to see people out and about enjoying the island which is our favorite beach vacation. A very nice place to stay. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for our large group.

66 Heritage is a lovely home in a fabulous location. The backyard space was equally wonderful and we spent many hours enjoying the pool and spa. Bike trails are super convenient and Heritage is a great central location to a lot of placesSouth Beach, club house, Harbor Town, Coligny, outlets, Publix and more! Home is beautifully furnished and very comfortable! A wonderful experience! We hope to come back again!

This condo has excellent views and easy access to the beach and pool.

The reservation staff were very helpful and the property management staff replied promptly to any issues at the house. It is a perfect house for our family.
